Many couples want to plan their own wedding day or don’t have the budget to hire a partial or full-planning coordinator. That is where we come in.
We are here to guide you during your final months of planning and then coordinate and manage the vendors, details, and timelines on the day-of. We will be there as a calming force even during the most frantic moments! You, your family and your friends should enjoy the special moments and let us take care of the behind-the-scenes. You’ve already spent months in contact with your vendors, and the last thing you want is a vendor trying to contact you the day of the wedding with questions or hiccups. We take the role of ‘wedding manager’ and make sure all vendors know when to arrive, what they are bringing and what happens when. We even assist with the family, bridal party and guest management, so no person gets left behind.

We coordinate with vendors prior to your wedding day & on the day-of to make sure everyone is on the same page and the day runs smoothly.
