It is so nice to meet you! I am Carley, the owner and lead coordinator of Day of Details. I was born and raised in the Midwest; however, I found my forever home in St. Petersburg, Florida a few years ago. When I am not obsessing over all things wedding-related you can find me at a coffee shop, brewery, listening to live music or at the beach doing some yoga & meditation.
I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Hospitality Management and a concentration in Event Management. Since graduation, I've worked at a luxury boutique hotel in Denver as a Catering and Events Specialist & have been a wedding coordinator for the past few years. (I've done over 100+ weddings!) My passion is planning, and I'm so lucky to have fallen in love with what I do for a living!

WHY I DO WHAT I DO
I love, love. From the first swipe of makeup in the morning to the sweeping of confetti off the dance floor at the end of the night…everything about a wedding day excites me! I get to be there through it all as your right-hand (wo)man. You can find me tearing up during your first dance and the first one to clap at your best man's speech. Whatever you need from me that day, I will be there for you. Working alongside me, you will find one of my fabulous assistants who will be there to help make your day magical too.
I pride myself on my ability to handle incredible amounts of stress with a smile on my face and a calming tone. I always have a 'plan B' and sometimes even a 'plan C'. I can handle vendors with grace and ease and some of them have even become good friends of mine! I've built some wonderful relationships with clientele and vendors over the years and for that, I am very grateful!
