Step 1: Inquiry and Meet + Greet Call

Inquire through the contact us form and we will reach back out to you with pricing and our package details. From there, we will schedule a meet + greet call and get to know more about each other!

Step 3: Monthly Check Ins

No matter if you book one year out or 2 months out from your wedding day, we will keep in touch with monthly check-in emails where you can ask us any final planning questions + advice! We are here to guide you during these final months of planning!

Step 5: Rehearsal

The day prior to your wedding we will gather all of your closest friends + family and conduct a ceremony rehearsal. We will coordinate the entire rehearsal to make sure everyone is on the same page and knows what they are doing!

Step 2: Reserve Your Date

Once our meet + greet call is completed, we will send over our contract and payment terms for you to review. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, your wedding is officially on our calendar!

Step 4: Final Details Meeting + Venue Walkthrough

Once we are 6-8 weeks from your wedding date, we will schedule either an in-person or virtual final details meeting where we discuss ALL things your wedding! If you are local, we will also conduct a venue walkthrough together with your venue coordinator.

Step 6: Your Wedding Day

Your big day is FINALLY here! Congratulations! Now, it is time to enjoy your big day with your loved ones while we take care of the rest. You will have a lead coordinator and an assistant for up to 10-hours to make sure everything goes smoothly. Sit back, relax, and make those memories!
