PRE-WEDDING PREP
This is where all the nitty gritty happens. All the details, questions, and planning happens during this stage. Each month we reach out via email and answer any questions you may have. We then jump in 6-8 weeks before your wedding day to get you through the final stages of planning and implementing your wedding without you having to sweat the details and logistics. We have a final details meeting to go over ALL the details and create a thorough timeline which will be shared with your vendors.
VENDOR COORDINATION
You’ve done the hard part – planning your day and hiring & communicating with all of your vendors. I understand the potential frustration when some vendors are impossible to reach, difficult to work with or ghost you after you sign the contract. Approximately 1-2 weeks prior to your event date, I reach out to each vendor and send them all the details they need for the day to go smoothly (this may include timeline, floor plans, and seating arrangements). On the day of your wedding, I communicate with all the vendors and make sure no detail is missed and everyone is on the same page.
REHEARSAL
It is crunch time – but that doesn’t mean you should be stressed! The day before your wedding, we gather all the important people for your ceremony and make sure everyone knows where to stand, how to hold their bouquets, and how fast they should walk down the aisle. We also have the opportunity to do a final walkthrough of the venue and go over all personal decor so you feel confident on the approaching wedding day.
WEDDING DAY
Today is your big day! Take this time to sit back, sip on champagne, and soak up all the special moments with your loved ones. You will receive up to 10-hours of coordination and a Day of Details assistant for another set of helpful hands. We implement and execute everything so you don’t have to worry about a single thing. We manage vendors, set up and tear down personal decor, and are the point of contact so all questions, hiccups and messes are handled with expertise.
