Welcome to Day of Details! We specialize in working with couples who’ve done the tough work of initial planning and need someone to execute everything on the day-of. Many couples want to plan their own wedding day or don’t have the budget to hire a partial or full-planning coordinator. That is where we come in.
We are here to guide you during your final months of planning and then coordinate and manage the vendors, details, and timelines on the day-of. We will be there as a calming force even during the most frantic moments! You, your family and your friends should enjoy the special moments and let us take care of the behind-the-scenes. You deserve the day of your dreams, and we are here to help make that happen!
What We Do

COORDINATION
We take care of what goes where, who comes when, and what happens at all times. We oversee the rehearsal and all of the day-of details. We coordinate with vendors prior to your wedding day and on the day-of to make sure everyone is on the same page and the day runs smoothly. You get to sit back, sip on champagne, and enjoy the day with your loved ones!

MANAGEMENT
You’ve already spent months in contact with your vendors, and the last thing you want is a vendor trying to contact you the day of the wedding with questions or hiccups. We take the role of ‘wedding manager’ and make sure all vendors know when to arrive, what they are bringing and what happens when. We even assist with the family, bridal party and guest management, so no person gets left behind.

CREATION
We want to make your Pinterest board come to life. You have a vision of what you want your wedding day to look like, and we are there to make that happen. We use your decor and special details and enhance your vision so it’s sure to impress your guests and exceed your expectations!

DESIGN
As a wedding coordinator, our mission is to deliver a memorable day for you and your guests. We create a day filled with special moments, personal touches and unforgettable memories. We also design and share all the necessary wedding documents to assist with your planning process.
